Most people who receive treatment for an eating disorder recover. The sooner you get help, the quicker your recovery and the better the outcome.
Of course, the first, most important step is to get help from a practitioner who understands and who has experience working with people who have eating issues. But before you do that, it may be helpful to learn a little more about eating disorders, about treatment and about where to get help.
